The Taoist Primordial Qigong. Interview with Donald Rubbo
One of the Qigong methods that arose from the Taoist striving for immortality is Wuji Gong or Primordial Qigong. It was brought to the USA by Zhu Hui, a Chinese teacher of healing and martial arts. One of the few who now pass on the method is Donald Rubbo. In the interview he explains how this simple but profound training system puts into practice the theories of the Five Elements, the Bagua and Chinese numerology.
